The Belleville Police Service is overseen by the Belleville Police Services Board, which is composed of 5 members appointed by the Municipal Council [3 members] & Province of Ontario [2 members].

Belleville Police Services Sections include their: Uniform Division - Patrol, Operational Support Division, Administration & Technology, Forensic Identification and Belleville Community Policing.
