Extent of Work

• Complete Reconstruction of watermains, sanitary sewers and road surface of Lingham Street
• Addition of storm sewer

Presently, there are minimal or no storm sewers on this street and storm water is directed to the sanitary sewer system. A new storm sewer will be constructed to remove the stormwater from the sanitary sewer. Complete replacement of the sanitary system, road and curbs and gutters, as well as repairs to sidewalks.
