Welcome to the City of Belleville
Recreation Culture & Community Services Department
The General offices for Belleville Recreation Culture and Community Services are located at the Quinte
Sports & Wellness Centre complex at 265 Cannifton Road. The offices are open weekdays from 8:30 am
to 4:30 pm [excluding holidays]. We offer extended hours 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm weekdays and are now open Saturdays 7:00 am - 7:30 pm and Sundays 7:00 am - 8:30 pm (extended hours are subject to change based on programming in the building).
The General Office [located at the main entrance] accepts payments and registrations for Programs,
Municipal Taxes, Dog licensing and other general services during regular business hours.

Our city parks & recreational facilities offer places to picnic, swim, exercise, skate, bike and more for
full family enjoyment. The Recreation Culture & Community Services Department also provides outstanding recreational and cultural programs for all ages, throughout the year.
The numerous recreational facilities are easy to find and have many amenities.

Function:
The Recreation Culture and Community Services Department is responsible for providing and maintaining leisure and fitness activities that are important to the well being of the citizens of Belleville through the operation of facilities such as arenas, parks, harbours and recreational programming. The Recreation and Community Services Department operates under the following sections:
