The City of Belleville’s – Recreation, Culture & Community Services Department is pleased to offer the
public direct access to its program registration service with REC ONLINE.

REC ONLINE is your up-to-date source for the most current upcoming seasonal programs and special
programs that are available through Belleville Recreation, Culture & Community Services.

Major updates of our programming information, available through REC ONLINE, follow the release of our Spring/Summer (March) and Fall/Winter (August) registration dates.   REC ONLINE gives you direct
access to all program locations, dates, times and available spaces remaining for each of the programs
you may be interested in attending.  REC ONLINE allows you to register and pay online for programs
using your Visa or MasterCard.

In order to utilize the REC ONLINE service, you must have a valid LOGIN ID and ACCOUNT PIN, which
are available by calling the Recreation, Culture & Community Services Department at 613-966-4632 or
by e-mailing bellevillerecreation@city.belleville.on.ca.  Individuals and Families that have previously
registered for programs have an existing ID & PIN waiting on our database for them.  New customer’s can
be setup immediately within minutes.

** Due to the nature of Facility Bookings REC ONLINE allows you to view facility availability –
however bookings must be made for and paid in person or by phone **
