Welcome to the first phase of the City of Belleville’s new website. 

Please ignore the dust, our site is still under construction! 

Our new site is hosted right here in the City and was developed using an industry standard environment.  This means we are no longer limited to just one vendor for internet design or application programming.   

The navigation has been reconfigured with the user in mind so it’s easier to find what you’re looking for without knowing the department structure at City Hall and a search feature has been added to make it even easier and all of our existing content has been reviewed, updated and reposted to the new site. 

In the coming weeks we will launch for our e-commerce solution featuring Recreation program registration, Facility viewing, an On-line store, Parking Ticket payments, a GIS interface, Industrial Lands Property data base and numerous other features.   

As we work through this project we will continue to improve and bring our users the e-commerce and municipal features they demand.  This is just a start !
