 Dogs are allowed within City of Belleville Parks, but must be leashed at all times.  To keep our Parks and Playgrounds safe and clean, it is the individuals responsibility to scoop and properly dispose of any waste ! The City of Belleville also offers a Dog Park, located at East Zwick's Centennial Park. (The Dog Park rules/regulations are posted at the entrance)
